Welcome to Agroscope Inés!

Network

Inés, the first out of five NaToxAq ESRs seconding to Agroscope over the next few years, arrived in Zurich on Wednesday.

by Carina Schönsee (ESR9)

Over the next six months, Agroscope will host two out of the 15 NaToxAq ESRs with Inés (ESR 1) arriving for her secondment in Zurich on the 1st of November. It is great having her here now as our projects are closely connected with us both looking into natural toxin physicochemical properties.

Her arrival could not have been better timed as on her first day Inés was already able to join for my PhD proposal defense where I had to present my research plan for the coming years. With Regiane (ESR 10), who also came along for the presentation, we are now three ESRs in Zurich and I am sure it will not have been the last time we got together.

I am looking forward to many discussions about our research and first outcomes but also to many fun moments to be shared over the next few months! Welcome Inés!
