1st PhD school - day 3
The 25th of September course C1 continued, which included a visit from two students from the Bachelor's Degree Programme in Emergency and Risk Management at Metropolitan University College telling about communication to the public
The course C1 continued with lectures such as 'Scientific integrity and good scientific conduct', Learning needs analysis and competence', reflection excersices, project planning and management etc.
The day also included a visit from Mark de Vos from International Staff Mobility at University of Copenhagen telling about the topic 'Working in an intercultural research environment and going abroad as PhD student'.
Two students, Ann-Sofie Hedegaard and Nanna Jelstad, from the Bachelor's Degree Programme in Emergency and Risk Management at Metropolitan University College are working on a communication plan for NaToxAq. They told about how to best communicate sensitive topics to the public, and they made some excersises with the fellows.
The fellows also had to make short presentations of their projects, and evaluate each others presentations.
